Advanced/Intermediate Traders! you don't have to get caught up in ALL the fluctuations in the market.. You could have easily stayed on the sidelines. OR you could have gone short BEFORE and made your profits, and wait for a clearer trend reversal to reenter the market. Some traders are still not as experienced and trying all these trades could be hazardous. Daytrade frequently or infrequently, it doesn't really matter. What matters is the quality of your trades. Today is one of the most volatile days in the last 2 years and you don't need to 'challenge' yourself today of all days.
