Downgrade today to market perform by one brokerage firm. Yahoo board has a little more information on recent events. I am very concerned. The call to investor relations both yesterday and today didn't really answer my questions. They had major layoffs of corporate staff about a week ago. No news just found on board and confirmed what I could with investor relations. However, Levin gave me very little real information. Friday rumor out that would sell one of their divisions at large loss or discontinue. This was discussed at last conference call from what I have found on Yahoo. It appears the bottom may not be in sight. I am reconsidering my position. I would appreciate your thoughts as well. Note I have not seen any earnings revisions yet. Robert D.
