I have to disagree with you here.

When NT bought BAY, they acquired IP expertise, which NN still lacks. Although their ATM products are strong, a combo with LU, which also owns Class 5 capacity and clients, transmission capabilities, remote access gear (Livingston), Bell Labs, DWDM (Long haul which compliments Cambrian which has metro products), layer 3 switching IP technology (via Juniper investment) would be formidable.
Not to mention LU's sales and support organization, semi business, wireless PCS technology and global integration. NN would be a small part of a very big solution portfolio that LU can offer customers.
I'm still betting that TM sells to LU. I don't know what price would be fair though. (No takers on my previous post looking for opinions on that).
