Zonk, there is an unreasonable clause which applies to restricted shares, which in some cases companies can use to their advantage. This does not directly answer your question but may apply. Let's highlight the release differently. Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. (OTC:BB AZNT) today requested that all shareholders immediately return directly to the Company their restricted share certificates which will be reissued with a new CUSIP number and a five percent (5%) stock dividend. The Company will perform the new issuance of stock in-house. <ggg>
