If you are driving a car and the steering fails as you round a curve, are you going to blame YOUR CRASH on the Road Department for putting a curve in the road? Paul, Some programmers at Microsoft thought they could write junk code based on the speed of Intel CPUs. A faster CPU came along and burned them. Maybe they will learn a lesson.
