While Canadian law may not use the term "Chapter 11",
I would be surprised if they didn't have a business/legal
mechanism that served *roughly* the same purpose ...

FWIW: This just reasoned speculation based;
I'm not a lawyer nor financial analyst.

However, I am long (and hurting) on TTRIF ...
