Chester, tomorrow will tell the story for certain on market response to the rate cut, but today certainly was not enthusiastic about it. The cut may have been too little and too late to rally the market strongly. But let's see what tomorrow brings before we make any predictions on short term market. But my longer term (6 month or so) prediction remains down.
