Michelle, what claims are being made by Oracle, against Microsoft or otherwise? Not any involved in the current suit that I'm aware of. Microsoft is doing the fishing here, and the question is what relevance what they're fishing for has to the current case. Plus, there's the, uh, trade secret question, about why the competition is supposed to turn all this stuff over to Microsoft, when we have yet to see Bill's public-by-law deposed testimony. Revealing, of course, that well known premature senility / deposition dependent amnesia trade secret. Cheers, Dan.
