Lucent law suit was filled long time ago (over 1 year), it was also discussed by the analyst at the time. Lucent claim Newbridge have sold products in US that use part of 4 patents (US) from Lucent. Newbridge claim that it is not part of patent but, of standard... I have no clue what are the latest on this lawsuit or if there are new lawsuits...
