Do you have anything more specific? All the research I can find says great things about improving backlog, quality of contracts, etc. Granted, these are from analysts, and caveat emptor, but I've got to get information from somebody.

Also, an analyst I read recently dealt specifically with your concern re: revenue recognition and found it to be well within normal software practices.

BTW, I like COST as well. (From one of your posts I found on your profile.)
