The feedback I am hearing from various parts of the channel (I'd welcome Michael's comments here) and DOCSF itself is that Brian Zanghi was an extremely capable individual and one of the few in the executive management capable of turning it around. It is very disappointing to see him gone. I am suspicious of the double announcement of CEO head rolling and good news deal (which by the look of it could have been announced months ago) so close to a quarter-end. Call me paranoid, but I think DOCSF is will miss its Q1/99 number in very ugly fashion (even though the only analyst still covering the stock estimates earnings at .01 for the qtr - or 25% of the prior qtr) and these press releases are a futile attempt to soften the blow. JMHO Michael
