George You are right. There should be no difficulty in operating with a strict procedure if the steps are specifically indicated. But it takes an organized and somewhat compulsive personality to do this. There are many who meet this requirement and many who dont. At the mill I dont believe we had or have the right personnel. There was, as I previously posted, a fusion of R&D with production and this does not work. With McKay setting up a production schedule I believe the problem will be fixed. I also believe that present personnel will have to be replaced. But I am optimistic that if this is so it will be done quickly. I dont know what you mean by >time axis< but it is possible, IMO, that the share price will stabilize at where it is for the very short term until we find out the result of McKays effort.
