This from Reuters---figure what at&T is up:on Tuesday, Armstrong did not specify what types of alliances the company would look to forge or what companies it would look to forge them with. Speaking with reporters before a speech at the Economic Club of Detroit, Armstrong also said the company would put its fixed wireless service into a test next year ''and from what we learn from that market test into deployment starting in the year 2000.''
