Please dont speak for the thread. I dont think anyone believes Q has some type of infalable position. I think that most Qcom poster's here feel that Q's position is strong enough to force a compromise deal. We are all woried to a degree of what that deal will surmise. As Gregg pointed out that deal is irrelavent because Code Division Multiple Access is here to stay. Qualcomm will make money on that CDMA build up. I think you see in Black and white terms only, whille in this case you must have the forsight to see in between the lines. The fact is there is some truth to all sides, and the result will be a combination of all the good and the bad situations we have discussed. Even in the worst case scenarios the Q will still be a good investment
