Hello Dwight, I think somethings gonna pop soon. I don't believe
anything that Novell management has to say, and think that there has
been a lot of tight lipped negotiations going on for some time. I further
don't believe anything from Peter Troop. An absolute snow job. But
thats what he gets paid for.

As I posted 5-6 weeks ago, I think there are many potential aquirers
chomping at the bit. I believe a low ball offer was made, rejected, and
the poisen pill was filed.

Novell simply has not shown me one sign that they intend to continue
as a stand-alone company. The CEO situation is uncomprehendable.
Obvious IMO, that they have been cleaning up house for the BIG
buyout. I could rehash all my posts exlpaining my position, but that
might take all night. Instead, the most significant recent supporting fact
IMO, is Ashton leaving the board.

I would put a lot of weight on Barry's rumor of Intel aquiring Novell.
I highly doubt Barry is making this stuff up...It is you, right Barry? Barry,
if you're right about this, anything close to a 5 to 1 stock swap with Intel,
I take back everything I ever said to you. <G>
