Howard,

I think it depends on how much experience you already have with the topics. I found one or two chapters helpful but already knew as much as needed on the history of NASDAQ, etc, etc.

Also it appears a little simplistic in regard to the use of EDT systems and totally negligent when it comes to risk management issues. Perhaps that's because the author is affiliated with a broker.
