Have you noticed the spell-checker kicks out internet? And btw, did you know (this is always a risky question with you) ~ did you know "sneezeguard" is actually what.....sneezeguards are called? Like on drawings, by real (and fake) architects.
Sneezeguard. Think of it. It comes up quite a bit, snorf, in conversation ("work"), and none of these people even think about it anymore. Me, I think about how a word like that entered the language, past security. I want to hear Phillip Johnson or Michael Graves say it, on TV. It had to hang around for quite a while, without anyone cleaning it up. It's a travesty. And a commentary on the poor standards, the desert air of ennui and creative sluffiiness we breathe.
