<< but Bill R. has mentioned his European folks were meeting with govt types and getting a warm reception. all FWIW.>>

I think WCII has enough to focus on here where we have a great advantage. We have all said WCII is on schedule for what it promised. We cannot hold management to the quarter where things would happen, but , generally, they are on schedule.

This Europe thing looks bogus to me. It may well be Bill R greasing up the skids to let ARTT slip into the spider web. The guys at ARTT cannot be that stupid. Hell, they have some licenses in Europe and they don't know what to do with them. ARTT is struggling to make a network here, let alone Europe either west or east. Maybe no one will do anything with them other than the individual countries. Look at the problems MMG ( sorry Paul ) and UIHIA ( sorry Ali )have in in these various countries.

WCII better focus on it's original objective. I am sure they are. The ARTT buy where we are losing money still bothers me although I truly believe the company has a game plan. The Europe discussion to me has been for publicity. OK. But that Paris paper did carry an article. I only can read french menus so I don't know the particulars.

We have no business in Europe and the 'expertise'is common knowledge. Well, maybe it rains harder over there. :-) Well, not really. Rain turns to fog in the UK and rains big time in northern Spain and southern Europe and we will have to jack the power up or down accordingly. This Europe thing makes no sense.

My son needs the phone.
