I see nothing offensive in the letter, personally. I see no "disparaging inferences" or "ominous tones". Why should they bother to respond to the threats of lawsuits, hearsay from a competitor, etc. that have been made here? Why should we believe Jeff Bruss (about whom questions have been raised in other threads, btw)? Have you seen this "proof"? (And who are you that we should believe you?)

And actually, it would be stupid of Kostech to respond publicly from a legal standpoint should someone actually decide to try to initiate a lawsuit.

Personally, in light of no actual evidence of wrongdoing I think it's incredibly silly to start blaming Kostech for an investment that hasn't gone the way people expected (or as fast as people expected or whatever) when Kostech clearly states that the risk of the investment is on the investor. Risk is part of the game. Sometimes you win. Sometimes you lose. Just because you (and/or I) want a particular stock to fly (or believe it will) doesn't make it happen. Take responsibility for your own investment actions.

Now, let's continue with the discussion of TFRY/FRYA, shall we...
