Yeah, he's right. You have to at least have a position, and then if you want to add trading shares that's OK. Just don't get too margined. I think it's part an ego thing that you don't want to see a nice gain slide away in a crummy market. I had my permanent shares and I sold em the other day at 63. Pass the kleenex wily
