Do not forget about short term versus long term capital gains
Do not forget extra risks of being short ( a)they can squeeze you and you'll get a margin call, b) there is no limit on how much you can loose, c) they might request (at any time) that you returned the borrowed shares)

Do not forget that a good sleep means a lot to your health which no money can buy

All I'm saying (my opinion only) - buy it and hold for couple years.
If you would bought it two years ago for let's say $10 you'd be very
happy and rich right now and you cannot beat it with any short term strategy.

If it happened in the last 2 years I do not see a reason why it wouldn't happen in the next 2 years, do you? YHOO is a much better company today than it was 2 years ago (and making more money too)
