Joe, All,

Since I have enough trouble living around DAMIEN here I really don't enjoy playing devil's advocate, but I received an email from a friend today who had a very practical question I wanted to throw out for anyone who cares to voice an opinion here. It goes:

>>>I guess my concern is that if all these releases say to an intuitive investor that the stock is grossly undervalued, why would these CardCall people sell at under a buck? Something tells me there are other forces at work here.<<<

I tend to agree. I clearly don't understand why rational people are selling (to this degree) in the light of all these acquisitions and increase in DCI's value. I can understand if there is an emergency/immediate amount of cash to be raised (ala Zwebner) but not this protracted liquidation at prices under $1.00. I just don't get it if we're a 400 million dollar company on the verge of a $10 per share sale.

I'm not saying it's not going to happen, just that I'm confused here as to what is up, down or sideways. (Sounds like marriage...) Any clarity will be appreciated as I've never claimed to be a guru on these matters.

Onward,

George
