Aaron,

While I sympathize with those IPM shareholders that stayed onboard the sinking ship all the way to bankruptcy it is not Maxam Gold Corp.'s responsibility to give value to IPM shares.

I believe what you and Ron Struthers are promoting is improper and, honestly, quite revolting. Maxam has enough problems of its own without further diluting its stock and taking on unproven processes owned by IPM. As for the "value" of the IPM owned land (BRX should rightly be reclaimed by Phoenix for free, I assume) there is no value in that land. Until a proven, repeatable assay and/or recovery process withstands the auditing of an outside firm and COC ore, the land is not economically minable.

Certainly, Maxam management owns the majority shares of stock and the rest of us shareholders are at their whims. Purchase of IPM by Maxam will far exceed the poor decisions exhibited by Maxam management.

Although I have nothing against you personally, I sincerely hope this effort fails.

bobs.
