Since the 7.5 million LPS shares have not been canceled yet. Could it be possible that CSMA came up with this spin-off idea to prevent those shares from being dumped into the market? KZAP, you are asking Jorge Garza about this? The shares were canceled but have not been removed from the outstanding shares registered at the transfer agent pending court approval of removing those shares. These shares are not being dumped into the market. However, the individuals could be putting themselves in a short position. David
