Bob: I agree with your post completely. Also, something I wonder about: who gets the money from this private placement associated with the Maxam bailout of IPM? I would certainly want to know whose pocket that money is going in to if I were thinking about investing in the PP (which I'm not). I sincerely doubt those who are arranging this "deal" will ever disclose this information. The way this PP is being handled makes me suspect somebody is trying to take advantage of IPM holders who will grasp at the thinnest straw rather than face the reality they've been had. That Maxam would participate in this "buyout" leaves a stench in my nose I never expected to smell from Maxam. My advice FWIW; take some profits when this latest run shows signs of running its course. Good riddance Maxam.
