I agree with you completely, except for the following. His problem, in fact, if you had read him from the beginning, was his propensity to START pissing matches. His subsequent failure was his inability to as you put it, SHRUG off the same pi*s he pis*ed. IE, if you dish it, you better be able to take it.

I also doubt that he is young. More than likely, I think he is in his late 40's, or 50's, and frustrated by his lack of successes. Just a thought, though.
