Thanks Sam, I still haven't looked at SNDK's chart and Shugart's timing- An earlier poster and an investor I spoke with today both recalled that it went up after Al's investment. In any case, his acquistion of Valence has got to be considered a strong positive, especially if this is his first-ever purchase of Valence.
