Bill: I studied the annual report too, and am equally frustrated by the performance of this company. Unfortunately, top management in these companies is more impressed with themselves than their customers are ! I don't think you can blame the rank and file however. They are merely doing the best they can with the cards they are dealt. I tend to blame the egoistic leaders for not recognizing the needs of the market and being asleep at the switch. For their grand screw-ups they are rewarded with plush golden parachutes and let go instead of being accountable to the shareholders.
