Roger, I have seen an opinion that we are dealing with financial, not econ. crisis. If so, financial methods may help. Unfortunately, situation reminds me overproduction crisis described many times before (Marks included). No any financial games would help, even temporary, in this case. Sure, market needs some unexpected news to drop, and so exact timing is impossible, but in overproduction crisis one would't have to wait long. Why AG and Rubin repeatedly used in their speeches "At the END of THE DAY"? Good night.
