LU wanted Bay, but could not take the good will cost associated with purchasing it. With NT being at the current level, LU is given another chance at it. NT does have a lot of product overlap with LU. ASND has some also, especially considering LU has bought Levingston (spell??) Communications last year for its remote access products. Overall, I don't mind whether LU picks up ASND or NT. Either one would help LU going against Cisco.
