Well, since nobody has anything to say around here I'll post a message I pulled from another board...

From ChewyMutant (what a name):

>>>
This afternoon I was getting a little worried since I had been unable to contact Scott Sitra following his visit to Colorado Springs last weekend. So I called Banyan and got right through to the CEO. He says that the million Anything Internet shares are already transferred over to Banyan and the reverse transfer (the 200,000 shares of BANY to Anything Inc) will occur on Oct. 1 (that is the date when Anything assumes their new status as a C Corporation which is required before they can receive BANY shares--something to do with IRS regulations, I think). So the deal with Anything is finalized and the stock dividend is one thing we can count on. Yost is also very concerned with getting the financials out as soon as possible; the accountant they hired ran into a snag which was unrelated to Banyan and Cameron has been increasing the heat so they should be out soon. He did mention that the Date of Record will be announced within 10 days from today and that there would be a week or two between the date of announcement and the Date of Record. The date of Record will be the important date though since your BABY holdings on the close of business that day will establish your eligibility for the stock dividend in Anything. I did discover that Banyan's Colorado Springs phone # is not available through the operator and mentioned this to Yost.

Apparently you have to ask for Double Case to get the #. Yost said his will have the phone company change the listing so that the # is given out when people ask for Banyan Corp. Bany has a toll-free line 1-800 475-0707 & Anything Inc. is 1-888 200-6946 (ask for Bob Shick). If any investors feel queezy, give these people a call. They are on top of things and you'll feel a lot better afterwards. I have a ton of shares in Banyan (proportionally) and I sure feel relieved following my conversation with Yost. My faith is reconfirmed. Go BANY Go!!!
