Pancho,

I understand your point. As to cooking the books, perhaps seasoning would be better. I'm long this stock (for disclaimer purposes<g>) I agree that the last 10Q's unbilled rev's and AR looks to have jumped but percentage wise it is not inconsistent with their history when viewed against revenue and income(but that might be your point).
I don't know exact figures on SAPE's contract lengths but I think most are more than a QTR, growing and expanding takes money away from free cash flow, unbilled revenue needs to be accounted for in the financials to offset.

SAPE has traded alongside CATP historically, Analysts have grouped them together. I wonder if you're interest in SAPE stems from that relation? I don't see SAPE having the same problems as CATP.
SAPE in my view is still growing, their acquisition of EXOR for strong ‘backend' database knowledge and Studio Archetype for cutting-edge ‘frontside' knowledge will be an asset after integration is complete.

I'm very open to your thoughts and reasons. I'm and ‘enlightened' investor. I make money both short and long, I just don't see this as a short from my DD.
