Jach, No, rather Cisco will re-aquire these engineers once they have completed their "skunk-work" efforts. Sure there are exceptions, but one thing Cisco has realized is that it costs them less to hire great people by simply purchasing the companies that have great people. It's too expensive to lure them away on a one-off basis. It's a funny thing living here in SV.... eventually everyone works for Cisco..everyone know it, even those that hate the thought. Why? Because Cisco is sucking up everything in their path... OG
