It seems to me that if you want to bet on the stent market then you go with the market leader and AVEI holds a good position there. One thing about market share, it usually does not change rapidly so AVEI isn't in immediate danger there.

But the stock does seems to be in the old trading range again and I don't see any momentum driving it one way or the other.
