I use the site everyday, IMO it's the best free RTQ service out there. I had no idea that they had become public, and by the lack of volume I would guess I'm not alone. Looks like they backed into a shell, at 7.00 on the otc bb it's hard to call. How does the prospectus look? Whats the float and outstanding shares? Are they reporting financials? If their site is ranked 11th in most visited sites why use a shell to go public? I know it's the cheap way to go but IMO they would have been better off with an IPO... Any opinions welcome...
