Since the NYSEBP reversed to Bull Alert status, Chartcraft has had an short term po of 8,450 on the Dow and a long term price po of 6750. Chartcraft's longer term outlook is still negative. They consider many factors and in their work have compared this current market to the 1981 - 1982 market. Despite this negative longer term outlook, Chartcraft believes that many individual stocks have already made their lows. That's why it's so important to identify groups in Bull Alert status and to find stocks whose RS charts turn bullish in this market environment.
