I am going to find out alot more this week. ALYA's a great company, with a future. I emailed some few questions to the company and received this back.

>I have a few questions about ALYA
>I would like a response ASAP
>
>What is the float? 3,500,000
>Short position? dont know
>shares in strong hands? 9,000,000
> who is their major competition at this point ? CSI, Ademco, but
neither
have a LonWorks Security System
>Are any management people going to buy more shares? Not able too - they
are
all full up. (The Chiarman has funded $2,000,000 into ALYA)
>What does their system do which the competition cannot ? Uses the
LonWorks
neuron chip to communicate with other LonWorks systems such as
elevators,
heating and ventilation, lighting, etc. These new systems will reduce
energy
consuption and make expansion and repair faster and cheaper.
>Is their goal to get the stock on NASDAQ still going to happen this
year ?
yes, not likely
> Will they announce a dividend ? ALYA is a growth company with a heavy
research and development budget. No dividend in the near future.
>Are there any aquisitions in order to give them the upper hand against
any
>competition that may be out there ? There are 4-5 pending
relationships/joint ventures that will have a trendous impact on the
company. We expect 2-3 of these to be announced before year-end.
> What will stop them from future public or private offerings creating
dilution. We will have to dilute but are very concious of getting the
best
price for all investors. The Chiarman owns 5,500,000 and has not sold
one
share. He beleives the stock is worth more than 10 times current prices.
Give us credit for trying to do the best for the company and all
shareholders.
>in the common stock, or will they rather tough it out and find
alternative
>financing
>rather than dilution as a way to raise needed capital from time to time
?
we are pursueing several opportunities and will do the best that we can.
> Do they see their system being accepted on the majority of campuses
after
>their original one in the Northeast works out ? yes - big things are in
the
works - give me 3-4 weeks for an update and hopefully major news.
>Which focus is stronger in their system, security or environmental
control
? security - but there will be future products using uor core technology
under lisence.
>How much data and security do they lose in the event of a power outage
?
none
Thank you for your interest.
