We own some currently and bought some more yesterday at 12.875. Have owned it on and off since the IPO. I talk to management every 2 weeks or so, and keep fairly close tabs on the industry. This is a good company with a very intelligent product, run by a very straight shooting management. They have had a very long string of unblemished quarters, and I feel comfortable with the fact that this was a relatively short-term blip. The risk has always been that they have a number of very large customers who have capital spending plans that are influenced by many factors, strikes being just one. The company has been able to dance around these customers very well historicly, without too much problem, but when a number of them slow down (strikes) even for short periods in a particular quarter, it has to catch up with them. I think the company is doing everything it can to make up what it lost in the quarter (currently visiting Ameritech & Bell Atlantic) and is expanding its base into the cable market in order to diversify. The company also indicated that they have a signed development agreement with Lucent (LU) (the product has already been developed) which could have a great deal of potential going forward, with an official announcement hopefully within 10 days.

good luck.
