Neat features, but probably not viable.

If you put all these eggs in a basket held together by Win95/98 you're going to end up with scrambled eggs. Windows crashes, you lose TV, phone and audio all at once. I think concentrating on a DVD/Game box is a better idea. Windows CE should suffice for that. I don't know how much porting is required to run Windows games on CE, if any.

Motorola needs to make a USB cable modem. That saves needing a 10BT port.
