buys and sells are triggered when the stock closes above (buy) or below (sell) the first day of the shark fin formation. Once the fin is formed the scan I use tracks the next 25 days to get hits. I also prescan for stocks who turn their float over every two months. They should all have DD on them as the post is simply the results of scans
