CEGE looks good, I got some day
before yesterday at $3 1/8th.

It is always better to be lucky than right,
although as I check the quotes I see that
it is not moving up...but few biotechs are
moving up today. btrn on sale again, ouch.

Regarding my post on VD's thread

Primer on biotech patent law, very basic:
askgbc.com

Biotechnology does not often clearly fit into
any of the categories set forth above*. Accordingly,
debate has centered around whether certain biotechnologies
are patentable, namely

(i) products of nature (e.g., a protein) and
(ii) living things (e.g., a micro-organism).

Both of these have been found in and of themselves not to
be patentable. Courts have determined, however, that when
these are used in a man-made process, patentability may be
found.

*"process, machine, manufacture, or composition of matter."
