Avoid GPS Message 5833001 A month or two ago I posted that the retail sector had hit a buying climax. Witness the charts of ANN, NOBE, TOM, LIZ ... and you get my drift. The Fed lowered the rate by 1/4 point, with another 1/4 coming in Nov. Intermediate-term this means the Feds foresee some possibility of recession ... high-end retailers have reacted to this. The market is forward looking and is an efficient pricing engine. Listen to the market.
