cannot say i disagree! most of the debt comes due late next yr and they seem to be fixing a problem that is not there as yet. I think a fairness opinion is an absolute necessity and the giver of the opinion should be totally detatched from ANY involvement with the trinity.
You might also write to the Amer Stock Exchange, perhaps the AMEX would like to render the opinion. (I doubt it)
