Joe, I pretty much agree with your assessment. It's funny watching the deck chairs get rearranged. The telcos are trying to partner so that they can survive and at the same time the hardware is changing to new communications protocols and standards. It's enough to make a telco's CEO's hair stand on end! I really see 3Com and Cisco profiting from this. Eric
