Shares Being Accumulated Over the Last 3 Months

I pulled this down from Telescan today... I thought it was VERY, VERY interesting:

The total shares outstanding are: 331.100 Mil
The float is: 43.000 Mil

In the last 3 months, the fact that institutions have purchased 74.7 million shares is pretty significant in my book. That number is bigger than the float of the stock, which means institutions must be buying from other stock holders.
