Thread, we're all know LU got hit by down grade, but WHY? What is (or are) the reason, anybody know? LU will make a expensive acquisition? I couldn't find any detail. Any though? Princeton, New Jersey, Sept. 30 (Bloomberg Data) -- Lucent Technologies Inc. (LU US) was downgraded to ''market perform'' from ''buy'' by analysts Michael B. Gordon and Christopher J. Crespi at BT Alex. Brown Incorporated.
