CCUR has been selected for end-user trials by one of the largest cable companies in America.

That is a quote from the president's letter in the new annual:

"VOD sales accounted for approximately $1 million of fiscal year 1998 revenue, but that relatively small number does not tell the whole story. We have made significant strides in positioning our interactive video-on-demand system into trials and demonstrations that we believe will bear fruit in fiscal year 1999 and beyond."

"We continue on-going discussions with all of the top 10 multiple system operators and have been selected for end-user trials by one of the largest cable companies in America. Cable system integrators, such as Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. and Broadband Technologies, Inc., have purchased systems for their product demonstrations. We together with Scientific Atlanta, Inc., demonstrated our proof of concept VOD Cable systems at the Cable '98 trade show in Atlanta, Georgia. This highly successful demonstration led Concurrent and Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. to enter into a significant agreement for joint development and marketing. We believe our further joint efforts will lead us to several trials in early 1999, with significant deployment in late 1999, early 2000."
