Let me tell you the sad tale of Taki.
On Taki's profile it says he has 10 years experience. You would think after 10 years he would know better than to buy on the recommendation of a newsletter, but I guess he is still finding that one out.
The reason Taki is pissed is this:
He bought CHIF based on the the recommendation of a stock tout sheet called the waacokid a.k.a. the Haden Group.
moneysearch.com
at the time the price of CHIF was in the 60 cents range.
This pick is what the Hayden group calls a "H2" pick (high risk/high reward)
Obviously TAKI bought without looking into the company himself.
Chif has had problems as a company for quite some time. Tilton inherited that mess when he took over.
Of course TNRG and CHIF are two separate companies.
The other night Taki sends me this message to phone two people about TNRG.
Phone numbers are 561-278-9995 (Hayden group) and 561-447-7177(mts financial) both of Miami.
He also told me that his buddy was going to be the pr person for TNRG, but when he put in a bid for 500,000 shares, a sell order came in for 400,000 right away.
TAKI says that his buddy assumed that the shares were TILTON selling.
So TAKI's buddy did not become the PR person.
Here is my problem with TAKI's Story.
He won't give me his buddy's phone number or tell me who his buddy is. How Strange that a PR firm wouldn't want their name publicized.
So...I called the new PR firm.
George Bently, SP Group. Tilton hired him, so that George could get the investors relations improved right away.
I asked him several questions right away, that I knew any real company or PR group could not legally tell me. (And of course he told me he could not tell me)
TNRG is at a very low price for one reason and one reason only.
It is not because the delusional think that putting in sell orders well above the bid for 200,000 shares will hold it down.
It isn't because there are off shore short sellers.
It isn't because Tilton is selling off shares.
It isn't because of MM games.
The reason it is so low is uncertainty.
Period.
TNRG has a lot of pokers in the fire. We do not have financials out yet, so no one has any idea how these are working out.
So the market has reacted.
People who buy pennies are starting to get smarter. They are not buying on hype as much as they used to. They now want to see numbers.
I don't think that is bad, it just puts us all in a rock in a hard place.
I would bet my portfolio that many of you bought your shares in the runup that TMEX, BIG DOG, and Top DOG did in march.
So who's fault is it that you bought high. TNRG? TILTON?
No. It is your fault, and if you want to point fingers, point them at tmex, big dog, and top dog. BUT YOU STILL HIT THE BUY TRIGGER.
and in march, there was far less happening than there is today.
How low can the stock go? $0.001 or even zero.
How low will it go? beats me.
What does the stock need to go up? Financials.
When will they be out? when they are done.
Can you do anything about it? nope.
Welcome to the OTC.
You think you got burned here, go check out the AIMS thread. That stock ran to $13.75 and currently has 26 million shares issued.
the price is now around $4.00
Guess what that thread is bitching about . No financials yet.
So if we use the market valuation of AIMS on TNRG with 40 million shares, TNRG should be trading around $2.70
If we use TNRG's marke valuation, AIMS should be trading at $0.05
So which Valuation is correct? Neither.
Without any financials the whole valuation is pure speculation. Period.
Speculation.
High RISK.
You all knew that.
So you can sell now......or wait for financials, whenever they come.
And for the record. TIlton said "we want to try to have the financials out for September"
Those were his words. Obviously they tried, but KPMG is doing the Audit in China, so they call the shots don't they.
You can whine, and whine all you want.
You can call me a lion all you want (whatever that means)
But remember one thing about TAKI, with his 10 years experience,....
He was so sure that MTEI would come out of the SEC suspention glowing. He was positive that MTEI was going to go gangbusters. IT now stagnates.
I, for one, doubt TAKI has ten years experience. Anyone with ten years experience, would not have his whole portfolio invested in OTC companies.
In fact they wouldn't have their whole portfolio in Stocks period.
You want to complain about the price of TNRG.
say it like this.
"Look at ______ it is at its 52 week low. what is going on? Where are the financials? Is management selling shares?Who is the Transfer Agent?"
Go to every single otc thread and punch in the OTC stock symbol on that thread, and WOW, it is still relevant. WHY, BECAUSE ALL OTC STOCKS HAVE BEEN HAMMERED. THE RUSSEL 2000 IS AT ITS LOWEST. |
