Stock Symbol: DOY Doreal Energy Corporation is pleased to announce that it has completed a private placement of US $450,000 (C $680,000) of 5%, convertible subordinated debentures due September 30, 2000. The issue was placed by the Corporation directly with accredited US and foreign investors. Conversion price into common shares is at a price of C $1.16 per share.
