James: There's no substitute for meeting people in person. Cornering them for 3 1/2 hours didn't hurt either. To answer your question, YES. My opinion of FNTN was strengthened - ten-fold.
They exist. They have the clout. They have the product. Their overhead is low. Their evolutionary future is fantastic. I asked MS what is image of Financial Intranet's future is. He said "We will be a company entirely different from what you see today."
Their relationship with Siemens has gotten stronger.
The changes at Siemens have only strengthened that bond.
With each new piece of Siemens technology Financial Intranet will devise new applications. All shared proprietary systems and guess what?
NOBODY is their direct competitor.
There are other companies doing similar things, but nobody is currently creating the total package that FNTN is offering.
They are a little like Bloomberg (nothing like Yahoo - sorry Don)
and a lot like themselves.
